Rules & Regulations for Monthly Guests
The purpose of these rules is to make this park a better place for you and your neighbors to live. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated.
December through May is Flood Season. If you are leaving your unit for any length of time, please provide the office staff with a method of contact in case of high water during your absence. We have a few days’ notice on the river stages so you will have time to move if and when necessary. In the event of a flood, you may receive a prorated refund. You must inquire about the refund before checking out to receive it. There will be no option for credited days if you decide to return after a flood.
If you leave early and it is not due to a flood, you will not receive a refund.
- The speed limit in the park is 5 MPH.
- Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 7 AM.
- In order to receive the monthly rate, you must pay for the entire month upfront. If you are unable to make a full month payment, you may pay at the weekly or nightly rate. Please note that partial payments will not be prorated if you wish to stay for the rest of the month.
